The Estates, an apartment community in Hull, MA, needed a logo that reflected a timeless, classic, and coastal identity. The goal was to appeal to a Gen X audience while avoiding trendy or overly busy design, and to connect the brand seamlessly with its serene natural surroundings.

The logo and identity were designed with clean, neutral elements that evoke the calm elegance of the Weir River and Massachusetts Bay. A restrained, classic aesthetic emphasizes maturity and sophistication, blending coastal inspiration with a subtle, timeless feel.
