The Challenge

LBPM engaged GTMA to develop a name, brand identity, and website for a new luxury community in Los Angeles’ Pico-Robertson neighborhood. The goal was to create a sophisticated, minimalist brand unlike anything in multi-family, appealing to young, affluent professionals seeking a modern alternative to flashier areas like West Hollywood.

The Solution

The chosen name, Aspekt, reflects understated luxury and the unique perspective each residence offers. The brand identity embraced high-contrast neutrals with shades of green, a clean sans-serif and monospaced type system, and tactile textures inspired by architecture and interiors. Sleek, curated photography and subtle design details reinforced the property’s refined, design-conscious aesthetic.

The Result

Aspekt’s identity positioned the community as a chic and intelligent living experience — modern, calm, and effortlessly stylish. The brand resonates with tech-savvy, design-forward professionals, setting Aspekt apart as a fresh, aspirational destination in Los Angeles’ luxury housing market.
