Pointe San Marcos needed a refreshed identity that would stand out in a competitive student housing market while appealing to Texas State University students. The goal was to balance the energy of student life with the sophistication of a modern Class A property.
The Solution
The rebrand introduced a rich color palette of blues and neutrals with subtle nods to TXST in maroon and gold. River-inspired textures and geometric patterns reflected the local culture, while a refreshed logo suite and type system created cohesion and flexibility across applications.
