Ready-Made Brand Kits is a first-of-its-kind solution designed to make high-quality apartment branding more accessible to property managers and developers. I pioneered this product at GTMA after noticing a recurring challenge: multifamily clients often skipped custom branding due to time or budget constraints. This offering fills that gap by providing a faster, more affordable alternative — clients can choose from a curated library of pre-designed apartment brand identities, which we tailor to their community’s name and refine as needed.

Every brand kit comes with a logo set, color palette, type pairing, pairing pattern or texture, as well as a branded stationery set (letterhead, envelope, business cards) and social profile assets (profile picture and Facebook cover). Our “Elevated” package also includes custom-written brand messaging and curated lifestyle stock photography aligned with the community’s vibe.
